With over 40 contributions from women of all ages, backgrounds, interests and experiences, Freedom4Girls has created ‘A Letter to My Younger Self,’ a book that explores the experiences of amazing women from all over the world.

We asked our authors, ‘what do you wish you knew then that you know now?’ ‘What advice do you think our younger generations could benefit from?’

The book launched on International Women’s Day week, celebrating all women everywhere, and is available on our Etsy page. Proceeds will go directly towards tackling period poverty, a condition we know has risen significantly in the UK as a result of lockdown with new figures showing 3 in 10 girls are unable to afford period products.
